A:AnswerI have never used it for my IPad..for my IPhone only! I personally wouldn’t use it on my IPad. This type of charger to me is a emergency type of charger..if your phone is low, you’re at a airport, Amtrak or a McDonald’s. You don’t have the time or place to properly charge your phone.. you can get a quick charge within 15 minutes or less. Not a full charge..
The downside is the exterior of the phone become warm…the longer on the charger the warmer the exterior becomes. Don’t know if will work on a IPad..but if so I would assume the exterior of the IPad will overheat too.
