• No, B. The Belkin AV10175bt2M-BLK is designed in the US, but made in China. The country of origin is not on the list of approved countries for TAA.

• I have yet to find any product that advertises "TAA-compliance". However, Belkin (based out of California) is a subsidiary of Foxconn (based out of Taiwan - a TAA-compliant country).
