“Power adapter part missing - can it be replaced? I bought the Belkin 7-port USB hub but the part that slides onto the power adapter to add the prongs is missing. I live a long way from the store and would like to get this part rather than return to the store. Can Belkin ship one of these items to me? Thank You.”

• Your question is a little confusing, but I'd imagine if you contact Belkin directly and describe the issue, they should be able to get you a replacement part if it's user-serviceable. You should be able to contact them via phone or email.
