A:AnswerYeah, amazing they provide no info on this. And the info on the web site is wrong. Light is white when charging and does not change color when charging is complete. .... A:AnswerHi, Carlo. No, we do not recommend charging any handheld devices straight through the power adapter. Please try removing the phone's case (if there's any) for isolation. Let us know how it goes by sending us an email at BelkinCares@belkin.com.

A:AnswerHi! The Belkin WIA002 is not tested with iPads. However, it supports most Qi-compatible devices. If the iPad supports wireless charging, then it may work with the device.
A:AnswerIt uses an industry standard called Qi. Should work with any iPhone equipped for wireless charging, which includes all of the 14 models.
If you have a case on your phone, it needs to be thin or "MagSafe" for this charger (or any wireless charger) to be able to work through it.
A:AnswerHi there. The Belkin WIA002 supports most Qi-compatible devices, however, it has not been tested to be compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S8+. You can check the tested devices here: https://www.belkin.com/support-article/?articleNum=317044#c1.
A:AnswerHi. The Belkin WIA002 will work with most handheld devices that support wireless charging (Qi-enabled). As long as the handheld device supports the feature, it should work fine with our charging pads and stands. Also, the unit comes with a US power adapter/plug.
A:AnswerI’m not sure but I don’t think so. I believe iPads don’t chrarge wirelessly and the cable that connects to the wireless charge pad is a USB-C cable
