• If you mean will it turn off no. It will keep producing a charge to the device while it sits on the pad.

• Hi, Friend. This may depend on the phone. In the Qi charging spec there is a 2 way communication between the phone and the charger to say that the phone is fully charged and to stop charging. However, not all phones follow this exactly so some don't communicate back to the charger and it goes into a trickle charge mode.
