• Hi, I suspect your Otter Box does not have a wireless charing compatibility with the Belkin. To verify, see the guys in Best Buy. You my have to replace your case. Good luck!

• Hi, ACaputo. Our Belkin F8J235 will still work without removing your iPhone from its case. However, it is only engineered to work with most lightweight plastic cases up to 3mm (not compatible with metal cases).
