- Answer Like from 0 to full? Thats a bad idea but other than that yes it will and from about 30 to 100 usually take my samsung s22 ultra maybe 45 mins

- Answer Yes and charges very quick. 1 hour or less some 30 minutes total charge to 100%.

- Answer Well in the us anyway the only two standards are 12v systems and 24 v systems anything else is odd or idk dangerous maybe and you should get it looked at !
