- Answer Yes, using a standard USB A to Lightning cable. This power bank does not have PD (Power Delivery) so it won't fast charge it, but it'll charge at the same rate as the regular charger. Additionally, this power bank charges with a lightning cable so you only need 1 cable to charge this and and the phone.

- Answer Yes. This technically works with any phone, albeit at standard charge speed and not "fast charge" due to the lack of PD. Only gimmick here is that the power bank itself charges with the same lightning cable you use to charge your phone, so you really only need to carry around 1 cable when traveling.

- Answer Hello, Jan. The Belkin F7U045 has an auto-sleep mode to prevent unnecessary power loss and improve the time it can hold its charge. At full capacity, it has been observed that the charge has not diminished more than half after a year’s time. Thus, it is recommended to store the device between 50 percent to 75 percent charge level.
