“I connected this hub to the thunderbolt4 on my Windows laptop. Then wired it to my existing USB docking station using the remaining USB C connection. My dual monitors (HDMI and DP) are not working and not showing up on Win device manager. Any solution?”

The question I have is it connected to the TB port on your laptop? And, are you connecting the monitors to the secondary hub? Or this hub?
