Hi, I am not that technical, but I believe that your connection to the internet, your hot spot, has to have a consistant & strong signal before any extender will work, If you are in a rural area you might consider internet via satellite, if its available in your area. Q
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. And if it could, it would be a miserable experience, as hotspot bandwidth is much more limited than typical home internet. Check out Verizon's more everything plan to share your data and allow all of your devices to act as hotspots.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This should work for that just fine. May think about getting this and putting the phone near a window to get better service.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have an Iphone 5 and am also with Verizon. I have used the hotspot on my phone with the Belkin - Dual-Band Wireless Range Extender and honestly it worked very well. Was very surprised! Buy the extender and try it with your Iphone hotspot. If it doesn't work you can always return it!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it will work if you set it up in repeater mode (picks up WiFi and uses it like an incoming wired internet connection). So basically you can move it half way across your house (or only as far as your phone works) and double the distance from you hot spot phone and have a new stronger signal across the house. This is the best way to connect as many devices you want to a single cell phone or MiFi which is limited to 5 or 8 devices and only over WiFi. You gain the bonus of connecting wired internet devices at the same time and up to 30 wireless devices. Even works mobile so you can create the ultimate mobile hot spot like we do in our motor home on the road.
