I got the signal boost that I needed. Easy to set up!

Purchased for a customer needing greater signal across their elongated house, this unit worked great, since their cable internet was in the office at one end of the house. Placed this Belkin unit in the middle of the house, and then they had signal in all rooms. Pretty easy setup, though very hard to get back to make changes once set up. Needed to actually reset the device and do the setup again.

I bought it because I just have a few rooms in my house where I don't receive Wi-fi signals and the range extender has been amazing! I have signals in every room now. The most interesting thing about it is that it takes less than 5 mins to setup and anyone can set it up.

We bought this to extend the range of our internet in the house. It does a good job sending a better signal to the back of the house where my son and daughter play video games and watch Netflix. The only problem we have occurred is that sometimes it stops working. It is a simple of fix of turning the extender off and back on.

This is my second one of this particular model. Last one died, That being said, these are very easy to setup and once setup there is no maintenance. It is not only nice to extend the range of your wifi but the fact that there are four ports on the back.Overall a good unit.

Very easy to set up, and works great in extending the range of the original router to parts of the house that is more convenient for the family! The only minor complaints I have are that the salesman said that this dual-band extender would be very useful for my household - I later found out that it is not, unless you have a 5 GHz network (which we don't), so was overkill for our simple family's needs - and it has sporadically stopped working and reset at the beginning; it should be noted though that this problem hasn't arisen again after the first week. Good purchase overall!

The was by far the easiest range extender I have set up. I needed to hard wire a security camera on the other side of the house and there are no LAN connections and the wireless would not reach to the garage. I purchased the Belkin Range Extender just to handle the security camera and LAN connection for my generator. It is working great with the security camera even with HD video. I also have the added benefit of the wireless. It is currently extending a Linksys router without any issues with either. Great buy and very happy with it for several months now.

Bought this router to extend my current wifi set up. The only issue I had and still have is I was unable to figure out how to set up the network extender using the same wifi name. During setup it would only let me do the same wifi name with a "_xt" or "_5xt". This is why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars because it says you should be able to use the same name network but that does not seem to be the case. Other than that my wifi is now able to reach from my basement to my second story and even in the garage and deck areas.

I was worried about setting the extender up myself, limited knowledge, but the directions were easy to follow. Took less than 20 minutes and it works. My grandson now gets a strong signal which originates in the family room, in his room located at the far end of the house upstairs. He loves it!

So far, it is doing its job. I bought specifically for my smart tv downstairs in the living, which was not getting enough signal from wifi, due to the position of the router. This helped to bridge that gap. I was able to extend the wifi signal from the router upstairs to the TVs downstairs. It sure did its job.

We added this to our church basement level multiple classroom area and extended our wireless capacity with ease. It's good and it does what the box says it will do. And the price is reasonable. Plus its signal has remained consistent with over a dozen plus people using it simultaneously via their smartphones.

It does what it says it will. Got this to extend the range of our current WiFi because where the kid's room is, she wasn't getting the signal strength she was needing. Was real easy to set up, took like 5 minutes. Haven't heard from the kid lately, so it must be working!

My first review of any product here on best buy. First let me say that the complaint that I have, I'm not sure if it's my network or the extender. That said keep in mind that my wireless router is in the basement of my home and this extender is on the 2nd floor of a 2 story house, so it's possible that it's my network. As far as setup, simple, as long as it is in an area that can get signal from you main network. Seems to work as expected. I'm looking at upgrading my router and hopefully it'll work better for what I want, I was hoping to extend my 802.11n network in order to use my network for my roku in the room I have the extender. Once I've upgraded my router, I may return and change this rating to increase the score.

I needed a range extender that could operate at both 2.4 and 5ghz simultaneously. This was the perfect choice at the right price. Setup was so easy and the price point could not have been more attractive.

This range extender took me from 2 bars to 5 at downstairs TV. Router and modem are on upper floor of 110 year old house with lath and plaster walls. Intervening stairwell became streaming signal killer downstairs. Extender was inexpensive alternative to more expensive router upgrade. My aversion to online instructions made me hire someone to make sure I was getting the full benefit of the addition. Irritating, but ultimately successful.

Needed a Wi-Fi signal extender to complement my DSL router modem wireless signal. Did some on-line research. Visited the local B/B and, with the assistance/knowledgeable input of the sale representative, decided on this Belkin model. Set-up was seamless and it "just works". Use several wireless devices thru-out my home and dropped signals are a thing of the past. Does what I bought it to do/no hassle/reliable.

Easy to set up and works perfectly so far. Very good product for such price.

Not quite what I was expecting but still suitable. It was very difficult to set up and I was on the phone with customer service for over thirty minutes. Also I don't like that it acts as the wifi my iPhone picks up in the house at times even when my original wifi signal would be the strongest. However, it does serve it's purpose to extend my wifi signal into my garage and front yard.

This Belkin dual band range extender has worked great for our home and cottage out back. We had several walls blocking signal from our Belkin Dual Band Router, so we had dead spots at the back of the house and the signal just wasn't strong enough to reach our cottage, about 50 ft. behind the house. Since installing the extender (which took only 5 minutes or so), we have had no issues with the signal reaching anywhere in the house or cottage. Highly recommend this product.

Would have liked a little more range, but for the price I paid I am happy. Set up was super easy on my pc. Works well with my Motorola surfboard modem.
