Well,, I don’t know if the Iphone 11 still comes with a lightening to 3.5 mm adapter. If so, you only need the item I included, but that will not allow you to charge your phone while listening. This adapter will give you the option to charge your phone and listen but you will still need the splitter piece in addition to this to have two people listen at the same time. 
Otherwise, if you both have bluetooth headphones, you might be able to both sync to your phone and listen together without any adapters.

Hi, Traveler. The Belkin F8J212 adapter will only charge and let you listen to music on one device at a time. We don't have yet a comparable unit that will work on this kind of set up.
