• A:Answer Thats the MILLION $ QUESTION for everyone. If it was a charger i could see that price but still this is insane. I am having to return mine and get a replacement because my iPhone 12 PRO MAX keeps falling off of it and it will not stay on the VENT i just bought at the apple store.

• A:Answer Hi Stephen. The Belkin WIC002 car vent is only compatible with horizontal or vertical air vents. It will not work with the 2018 Mercedes GLA since it has circular air vents.

I was very frustrated that the product description, packaging, etc. made no mention that it doesn't work with a vertical vent - BUT there is an installation manual IN THE BOX that makes it clear that it only works with horizontal vents. The mount immediately falls off with the phone attached, and there is no way to tighten the clamp to better secure it.
