IT DEPENDS ON YOUR VIDEO CONTENT IF IT'S HAVE 4K RESOLUTION
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The adapter can only provide the same resolution as that which is determined by the device you are plugging in to it. For example, I have a Surface Pro 2 with a maximum 1920x1080 resolution so, while I can plug the SP2 into a TV with any given resolution, the max resolution that will go out to a TV (or monitor) is 1920x1080. So, I should be able to plug the SP2 into a 4k TV, it just won't display the full 4k resolution because the SP2 graphics chip only supports up to 1920x1080 out. However, the higher the resolution of the device plugged in to the 4k display, the better it should look!
