Hi Ramsey. If your Moto E4 Plus uses a standard USB-C port, then this cable will work. By design, this cable is used to connect from a standard USB-A device to a USB-C (also known as USB Type-C) so you can charge your USB-C smartphone or tablet as well as sync your photos, music, and data to your existing laptop at transfer speeds of 480 Mbps.
