Does this work with Phonak hearing aids? null

If you can plug your hearing aids into a 3.5 mm female connection, then it should. This is NOT a bluetooth device. Not quite sure what you're trying to accomplish.

Hi, Rick. The Belkin F7U080 is designed to work with USB-C-enabled phones. Also, it is designed for devices that do not have a 3.5 mm audio jack and use only a USB-C connector.
