Is there a clear plastic cover on the front and back side of this circular protective type device to protect the Air Tag? Or is it just a plastic or silicone type ring that goes around the edges of the Air Tag? Thanks in advance. null

Just a ring. With the Air Tag in place, you really don’t need a plastic cover.

Just a circular ring, no covers on either side of the AirTag.

There is no clear cover to go on top of the AirTag. This only has the plastic sides which protect the edges of the AirTag.

No clear plastic but still protects the air tag because the thickness is good. Definitely would buy if anyone is considering. Plus I went to the Apple store and Belkin is what they sell as well.
