Hi, only certain phones are compatible. It has to have something called Qi technology.

Hi, Merry. The Belkin G1S0001 can charge Qi-compatible devices on the wireless charging pad. Make sure that your phone supports Qi-technology for wireless charging, and if it has a case on it, please try to remove it for isolation, and try to charge another compatible phone too.
