Hi. The Belkin SOUNDFORM ELITE G1S0002 can charge Qi-compatible phones such as iPhone 8, however, it is currently not tested with iPhone 13 phone series. These are the only tested Belkin products that work with the new iPhone 13 phone series at the moment: https://www.belkin.com/us/d/iphone-13-series/
