Yes they do, if you tap on the right earbud once it turns up the volume. If you tap on the left earbud it turns it down.

Yes you tap one ear to raise volume and tap the other to lower.

Hi, Bri. The AUC004 features touch-sensitive controls on the outside portions of each earbud. The earbuds can be used to change volume, skip tracks, and take calls. Different functionality is assigned to each earbud.

Tap left earbud for volume down. Tap right earbud for volume up.
