that is done by windows under the display section. I only have 1 external monitor so the picture included only shows the display variations with what I have at home... but if you have 2 or more external monitors you can show the same image on 2 of them; and extend different images on the others... be aware that if you select to tun off a monitor in this section it might look like a monitor is bad or a video port is not working but, it can be turn on/off from here.
