“How will I know if the keyboard is fully charged? Should the light be a certain color? It is flashing on/off blue”

An amber LED light is on during charging, and it turns off when charging is complete.

Hi Melannie. An amber LED lights is ON during charging and it turns OFF when charging is complete. How many times does it flash and for how long? It's possible that your keyboard is reconnecting to your iPad.
