Q: QuestionMy keyboard no longer pairs with my iPad Air 2 after I updated to iOS 10. Any suggestions?
Asked by Tree.
- A:Answer I upgraded to 10 and have had no problems. If you've already tried holding down the four corner buttons (simultaneously - for 5 seconds - which 're-sets' the keyboard) until you see the blue connection indicator light blink (it's small, and on the right upper side corner of the keyboard), and that didn't reset the keyboard try holding the keys down a little longer. Worked for me on the one time that the Bluetooth connection failed. The Belkin site also suggests clearing the iPad's Bluetooth settings (Belkin's website has instructions for how to do this - very simple). Other than that, power down and try it again, and if that doesn't work, you might try re-installing 10 again. It's a pain, but that worked for someone else. Hope that this helps! If not, try returning the keyboard to the store for a replacement, if it is still under the limited warranty (try, even if it's not).

Q: QuestionBelkin reported: There's no hole for the front camera since the display of the iPad Air 2 will not be covered by the case. ..... does that mean you cannot do Facetime?
Asked by Janet.
- A:Answer You can do Facetime. You would need to open the cover to use the iPad, so doing that means nothing is in the way of the camera facing the user.

Q: QuestionDoes this case have cut outs for the camera and the speakers and yes this will fit the 9. 7 as it is the same size as the air 2 so is there an extra cut out for the flash?
Asked by Talbotsgirl.
- A:Answer NO, there are no cutouts for the 4 speakers, however I tested the sound with a very orchestrated cut from the soundtrack of "I Want To Live" with heavy horns and sax and I couldn't hear a difference, no muffled sound. The keyboard case fits perfectly on my iPad Pro 9.7" but sometimes my iPad slips off those flinsy magnetic strips. The Belkin Lite was constructed far better. Magnetically. You could turn it upside down and it stuck together like glue. But no backlit.or pull apart keyboard. Love that I can separate the keyboard from the iPad.
