• Hello. This will work as long as the host/phone utilizes a video-enabled USB-C port or Thunderbolt 3.

• The Samsung S9+ has an older style charging port. This device has a HDMI and USB-C connection types. If you have an adapter that connects your phone to HDMI then there is a possibility that it will work.
