- Answer Hi, I plugged it into my Tab S8 and used the hdmi to connect to a monitor. Screen mirroring occurred via Samsung Dex. If it worked with the Tab S8, I suspect it will work with your device as well.

Questionif i plug my HDMI cord into the adapter....and the other end into Samsung soundbar....and then plug the adapter into my Samsung TV, will the tv sound go thru the soundbar? I am unable to use direct HDMI port due to TV too close to the wall
