Will this work as dial up internet e.g. via phone cord null

Hi. No, the adapter only supports Ethernet (RJ45) connection. A phone cord will not fit.

No I dont think so. This is for an ethernet cable connection. Not a telephone cable/line. You'd need an adapter to plug a standard phone line into the ethernet port, which I'm not even sure it's such a thing.

Short answer is no, This fits a RJ45 connector which is used for communication using EthernetIP protocol. Telephones use RJ11 connectors which are smaller and have less wires.
