“Does it work with internet or can my Apple 7 activate it?”

• Yes, I used my Iphone 7 Plus to connect the Wemo to the Internet. There are youtube videos that show how it is done (when you install the app on your phone, and you can search for yourself as well).

• you use the iPhone or other mobile device to select the wifi it starts with and then tell it what wifi to use from that point forward. it will swap. can take a few min be patient

• Yes it works over the Internet. You can control whatever is plugged into it from anywhere in the world as long as your Internet is running at your house. And yes there is an iOS (Apple) application for WeMo. Hope this helps.
