It cannot be control directly by Windows or Linux. You can get around it by installing an android emulator like Blustacks and installing the Wemo app on it, but it probably best to catch up with the 21st century and get yourself a smartphone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You don't have to use thier app if you have a hub but I haven't seen a wemo app to specifically use on the computer. I'm sure they show up on your network and get some network tools to watch how the app controls it and tweak as necessary.
