Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hopefully, you have a warranty. I purchased a total of two and the second one did not work. I returned it and both work just fine. Unfortunately, there are times when things just do not work through no fault of our own, but I assure you that the Belkin pad is an awesome product.
