“I just got one of these and it is not working..do you put the phone on it glass side down or up? Is there an indicator like the lightening icon that indicates it is charging?”

Hi there. Your phone has to be placed, glass side up, on the Belkin WIA001 wireless charger. A white light will turn on when a compatible device is charging on it. If your phone has a case, take it off for isolation, and reboot it before recharging it on the pad. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I know you have to have a phone that is compatible with the charger. You have to center it on the charger pad glass side up. Some phone cases will have to be taken off in order for the phone to charge.
