• Yes, it does. But you can download the driver at the Belkin web site. You would have to use either a friend's computer with Internet connection or, if your computer has it, an Ethernet cable to the router. If it used to work and then stopped working, and you have not done anything like tinkering with the drivers or with the networking support in Windows since the last time it worked, I would just buy another one and replace it. Or, relocate to another USB port to see if it works.

• Yes it should have come with a disk, but you my need to update the driver at Belkin website.

• It does! An installation disc is included with the USB adapter.
