“Does the rice gets crispy on the bottom if stays on "warm" button long time (an hour or so)?”

• I haven't personally tried this but I would say so because it's going to eventually dry out the more you leave it in there the more the water is going to be absorbed and evaporated with the heat

• Not if it is cooked right read your directions on the rice and water concept and get the mixture right
