I bought this for my mom being skeptical on hoq it handles sticky vs basmati rice and surprisingly it cooks well for both kinds. It is a bit smaller than I expected but not so significant, and you can easily prep for a family size dinner.

Great quality rice maker! Non stick pan makes cleaning easy. I have made white rice, brown rice and quinoa in it and all 3 come out perfect as long as you follow the rice to water ratios.

I cooked Rice everyday. It helps me a lot. The product is really good one for everyday use. I expected not that much as picture but it is really good quality and the pot is really thick.

The size is just right so it doesn't take too much counter spaces, but it takes more time to heat compare to the rice cooker of same size from other brands

Rice cooker works extremely well. It comes with useful measuring cup and spoon; definitely recommended this product.

This cooker is versatile and safe, cooks rice fast, can be used to prepare a simple meal, great for those who are renting and don't have access to kitchen stoves, only thing is it may take some time heat when used to cook meals

Best value rice cooker out there. I purchased this for $20, and it is a 16 cup rice cooker. If you’re looking for an alternative with a similar price it is most likely going to be a 6-10 cup rice cooker.

I purchased this rice cooker because of its large capacity. When it arrived I was very excited . I started using it almost immediately. It cooked rice quite well until it died on me one day. Ihad it for less than a month when that happened. I put some rice in it , water, plugged it in and absolutely nothing happened, not even a light came on. It just completely died. I am in the process of exploring what my options are in terms of a replacement or refund. I attached a picture of the rice cooker and my George Foreman grill plugged in. You can see the light is on the George Foreman grill but there is no light on for the rice cooker because it is dead.

It is to small for 16 cups is only 6 cups. ..... .

Rice cooker is great and works as intended, I love it. My only problem is that it goes into warm mode after it’s finished cooking and slightly burns the rice.

I cooked jasmine rice with it Which is pretty sensitive to water : rice ratio. Surprisingly it came up as good. I like it
