- Answer I have run it for about 20 mins at 400 degrees and top does not get noticeably hot.zBut some parts on side do so you have to be a little careful.

QuestionJust to be clear, the 'cooking' stops when you remove the basket, but the ' timer' continues to rum. Correct?...(that's the way the GoWise works. Just wondering, will know next week).

- Answer You do need to oil your foods like potatoes but not pre made fish sticks. Pan is nonstick.Ive not had to preheat but you can if you wish

- Answer You can dehydrate fruit, though you would not be able to do much fruit at one time without buying some kind of separate rack to add another "shelf". So you could dry fruit as it comes but at a very low quantity and even with an added "Shelf" you would still not be able to do nearly as much at a time as a traditional dehydrator.

- Answer Yes you use aluminum foil in the pan. Fan is alwaus running when in use moving the hot air so food seeto cook faster
