• No. Instructions say to use only cold, large eggs. No XL or jumbo.

• Yes...only the bottom of the egg need go in the tray! The lid will handle the eggs easily. I use it regularly with jumbo eggs...and I always cook 7 when I use it.

• Yes, it will accommodate jumbo eggs. I cook only “Large” grade eggs and there is still plenty of room for eggs that would be larger by grade/size.
