The meats/fish settings are intended for the grill grate option. The bread settings are for toasting, and the rest are for air frying with the standard basket insert. Pizza has it's own pan but only 10" or smaller. Every category has multiple options by toggling the time/temp button and using the arrows, or you can set it to whatever you like the same way.
