- Answer it would fit in a box 17.825" Wide x 14.825" High x 17" Deep. But it isn't a good idea (or even safe) to put it up against a wall. It gets hot. I would leave at least 2" clear above it and " at the back or sides.

- Answer 4 inches Plus think about what’s in that cupboard above your oven that the radiating heat could negatively effect. I have mine on top of the counter above my built in dishwasher so that oven is sitting out in the open.

QuestionMy doors will not stay closed when the unit is level so I have it pitched slightly backwards to compensate. What is the best way to fix? Mfg says they can't replace so want me to destroy unit so they can refund. Seems like overkill for a simple issue.

- Answer Ginny, thanks - the hinges work fine the doors just won't stay shut. The right one opens especially easy. Are they supposed to actually grab and stick, and offer resistance when opening?

QuestionWhy do the top elements not work when on air fry? The fan spins but the elements on the bottom are the only ones that work/glow red so I know they are heating up. I would think on air fry the elements on the top of the oven would heat but they don’t

- Answer There is a reason for it being called an "air" fryer!! The fan pushes very hot air around whatever you are cooking!! The top elements are for broiling, browning, toasting etc!! All it is....is a "baby convection oven"!! Smaller spaces heat up quicker, use less power, and recover (after opening door) faster!! Quite simply that easy
