Can you set 2 different temperature on both sides? null

Yes you can , but you cant have two extremely different temperatures because the high heat from one side will effect the temperature of the other side a bit. So if you need really low heat with an exact temperature on the other side, the high heat from the other sie will throw off the temp you need for the other side. But if your doing for example 375 on one side and 425 on the other, it should be fine.
