Hello, thanks for reaching out. Gluten-free bread requires the right conditions to toast. Many gluten-free breads are more dense than regular bread – and a regular “toast” setting means crispy on the outside and cool/frozen on the inside – then, by the time it’s toasted throughout – edges are burnt. The gluten free setting toasts dense gluten-free slices longer and at a lower temperature so it heats them through without burning them on the outside. Have a nice cay. The BELLA Team.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It automatically adjusts the toast time as gluten free toasts at a different rate. So if you find the prefect setting for regular bread you do not have to figure what to change it to when you toast gluten free bread. Just push the button. I have not tried this feature so I have no idea how well it works.
