“After only 9 months of occasional use, two of the rubber feet/grommets have come loose. Can one replace them? Or is there some other safe and convenient way to keep the grill screen from sinking to the bottom?”

One of mine broke off, too. I'm just using it with the remaining 3. There are some replacement rubber feet on Amazon, they aren't the same ones, but if I lose any more, I may replace them all (they're under $5) and see how it goes.
