I do not see that as any problem nor does that affect any functionality of this appliance it is made for. You may still use it without the feet. If the grate is completely touching the floor and causing excess oil to float upward, then i would just use some aluminum foil underneath to make it work. Other than that you are not gonna be finding those feet nor the grate as the appliance is really inexpensive on sale. And they dont wanna bother with small fixes.
