Yes for frozen items. We just got ours and successfully cooked frozen french fries to perfection. You'll find lots of advice and recipes online specifically for this exact air fryer. Should be fine for frozen nuggets, coconut shrimp, etc.

Even foods that need to be fully cooked like chicken pot pies, chicken cordon Bleu and burgers.
