I have the stainless steel model. As you can see from the pictures of the appliance, there are a few preset buttons (air fryer, roast, broil, bake, reheat, and french fries). It's very easy to adjust the time and temperature (170 to 400 degrees and up to 60 minutes). I think it's easy to adjust it to what I want it to cook.

Like any cooking appliance, you have to adjust cooking time (and sometimes temperature) for different amounts/weights of food. Cooking one chicken leg should be one setting, while five legs will almost certainly be another.
