“Is this a heating oven (like microwave) too? Besides roasting and air frying I need a microwave or a way to heat dishes. Thanks for a response”

• To slightly amend my prior answer: there are devices that can function as an air fryer, convection oven, toaster, and microwave. With so many functions, it is, of course, much more expensive, but if you have limited counter space, it may be your only option.

• Microwave and regular ovens heat by two different processes. Both will heat the contents, but the microwave will be more efficient (faster), even if the toaster/air fryer is of a higher power. Microwaves also tend to heat the surface before penetrating. For this reason, only heat items in a toaster/air fryer that are labelled OVEN SAFE.
