QuestionAfter using this oven the cool down fan never turns off. I've waited hours and the only way to get it to turn off is unplugging it

- Answer I just email customer service for the same toaster oven I just received it yesterday. I've checked the manual and it says to unplug it after every use I have feeling a safety issue? I'll get back to you when I have an answer from the customer support. I have the same issue and I'm thinking I need to plug it into a surge protector so I can turn it off because I can't reach where I have it plugged in. Pretty inconvenient right now but I'll let you know when I get an answer from them.

- Answer To slightly amend my prior answer: there are devices that can function as an air fryer, convection oven, toaster, and microwave. With so many functions, it is, of course, much more expensive, but if you have limited counter space, it may be your only option.

QuestionI selected Roast function. Sometimes it rotates and sometimes it does not. I tested without anything on the rod and it does rotate. Any trick or suggestions? It wasn’t much heavy at all. I had regular chicken breast (not even full chicken)

- Answer Your problem is probably the weight, although it could also be the size. That is why it rotates fine with nothing on the rod. If the item is too heavy, the motor will not be strong enough to turn. If it is too large, the item will hit the sides, top, or bottom, and the increased resistance will prevent rotation. Try not to exceed the 4 lb. limit, or available size,

QuestionA couple things. 1. My toast if choosing 1 slice doesn’t brown. What do I need to do? 2. Everytime I follow timing and temp instructions for a recipe this oven always burns it. I’ve had to lower the temp AND reduce the time by 5 mins? Is this normal?

- Answer 1. If your toast is too light, increase the temperature or cooking time. 2. All models of ovens are different, even from the same manufacturer. It is perfectly normal to make adjustments in cooking time and/or temperature for any specific recipe.

- Answer It doesn't have a specific "dehydrate" function, but if you know the parameters (temperature and time), you should be able to set it.

QuestionI tried to roast. The rod starts to rotate and stops. It is very little weight (about 1/2 lb of chicken breast). It rotates fine without any meat on it. Any truck or adjustments?

- Answer Push the meat to the center of the rotisserie arm and make sure the arm is fully engaged into the area by the control panel. Also make sure that the meat is locked before you get to the smooth offsets for the removal tool.
