“A couple things. 1. My toast if choosing 1 slice doesn’t brown. What do I need to do? 2. Everytime I follow timing and temp instructions for a recipe this oven always burns it. I’ve had to lower the temp AND reduce the time by 5 mins? Is this normal?”

1. If your toast is too light, increase the temperature or cooking time. 2. All models of ovens are different, even from the same manufacturer. It is perfectly normal to make adjustments in cooking time and/or temperature for any specific recipe.

I am using it at a lower temperature than a regular oven. in a regular avenue at cut cornbread on 400°. And this Bella, I cook it at 375° and it comes out perfect.
