Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I ordered this toaster from best buy a week ago, the toaster looks great, however the fan continues to blow after cooking so I returned it to best buy, after contacting bella confirming that it was defective.The replacement I received does the same thing. I called bella again this time they said the fan stays on to keep it at ambient temperture. I dont want a toaster fan to run 24 7. They said to unplug it. I dont want to plug and unplug a toaster everytime I want a slice of toast. You know what would happen if you unplug it over time if it hadnt cooled off, It would bake the electrical wiring and then they would say that you didnt let it cool.down before you unpluged it voiding any warranty. Steer clear of this.

Amazing rotisserie

I have not used the other options, but cooking with the rotisserie is amazing. Leg of lamb, pork tenderloin, and roast.

Period! Had to unplug for the noise to stop. Similarly, tried toasting, and the same result. Returned to store and exchanged for another one, and while setting it up, found the drip tray was bigger than the oven. Poor quality control.

Dangerous - don’t buy this oven

- A:Answer I just email customer service for the same toaster oven I just received it yesterday. I've checked the manual and it says to unplug it after every use I have feeling a safety issue? I'll get back to you when I have an answer from the customer support. I have the same issue and I'm thinking I need to plug it into a surge protector so I can turn it off because I can't reach where I have it plugged in. Pretty inconvenient right now but I'll let you know when I get an answer from them.

- A:Answer To slightly amend my prior answer: there are devices that can function as an air fryer, convection oven, toaster, and microwave. With so many functions, it is, of course, much more expensive, but if you have limited counter space, it may be your only option.

Q: QuestionI selected Roast function. Sometimes it rotates and sometimes it does not. I tested without anything on the rod and it does rotate. Any trick or suggestions? It wasn’t much heavy at all. I had regular chicken breast (not even full chicken)

- A:Answer Your problem is probably the weight, although it could also be the size. That is why it rotates fine with nothing on the rod. If the item is too heavy, the motor will not be strong enough to turn. If it is too large, the item will hit the sides, top, or bottom, and the increased resistance will prevent rotation. Try not to exceed the 4 lb. limit, or available size,

Q: QuestionA couple things. 1. My toast if choosing 1 slice doesn’t brown. What do I need to do? 2. Everytime I follow timing and temp instructions for a recipe this oven always burns it. I’ve had to lower the temp AND reduce the time by 5 mins? Is this normal?
