I have not used the fish settings yet but I feel some of the preset settings are too high. The manual has some settings I go by instead of the preset temp/time. (I included a pic from manual) I found many air fryer recipes online (Pinterest is my favorite) that I rely on. Definitely set timer for half time to flip food or shake to make sure it doesn't over cook. Enjoy!
