“I bought this 6 months ago and now the buttons on the left side (including the start button) do not work. Has anyone else experienced this? Essentially I cannot use it anymore.”

I havent had any issues with mine, use it everyday multiple times and works great. Use your manufactures warranty to have it fixed
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't experienced that, but the divider is horrible. The rubber seal keeps corroding and breaking. I emailed their warranty dept. They don't have the seal for replacement so I had to cut the cord to an otherwise perfect air fryer and send them a picture. They say they are currently sending me a check for the purchase price. I would email their warranty dept. regarding the buttons not working. They should be able to help.
