• A:Answer Bella customer service is non-existent and simply horrible. They have you email pictures of model number, problem with product, proof of purchase, etc., then ignore you. When you call to find out why they are not honoring the warranty after sending them all requested information, they promise a return call, again and again, that never happens. If you’re concerned about replacement parts and needing help from the company, return the Bella airfryer and buy a different brand!

Q: QuestionDoes anyone have a recipe book for this particular model? There are many settings/options. The airfry setting dried out my sweet potatoes so had to use roast for a new batch. Would love suggestions. Thx

• A:Answer I personally have not cooked sweet potatoes yet in this fryer. But I would assume its very similar to air frying russet potatoes. This may help, but I prepare my baked potatoes as follows: 1. clean and dry your sweet potatoes (russet potatoes) 2. with a fork, poke several parts of the potatoes 3. Lightly brush olive oil all over the potato surface. *Lightly* no drips. 4. Lightly sprinkle sea salt and a light dash of pepper ( I think for sweet potatoes you don't want pepper) 5. Set your air fryer at 400 degrees, put in the potatoes for 20 minutes. When the timer finishes, carefully turn the potatoes and give it another 20 minutes at 400. **Depending on the thickness and size of your potatoes, if they are on the bigger, thicker side, add about 5 minutes to each side. My russet potatoes come out delicious, crisp skin, but smooth texture inside. Hopefully the sweet potatoes come out nicely too. Let us know if you try it, good luck.

• A:Answer Probably not. I just contacted Bella about my 4.2 qt that I bought here at Best Buy. They told me they don’t have any replacement parts for it. I was trying to get a new tray and the only thing I could find that was kind of similar was a 8.2” tray for a Ninja air fryer. Better off going with a Cosori 5.8 qt. There’s replacement baskets readily available.

• A:Answer Since each side of the basket is approximately 8 1/2 x 6 1/4 you won't find any precut parchment paper. What I've done instead was use 2 BBQ grill mats and cut one to fit each side of the basket and then another to fit the entire basket. They work great and if needed you can fold them over several time and use a single hole punch to make drain holes. HTH!

• A:Answer There is a safety feature at the bottom, center, front of the fryer that prevents power if the drawer is not inserted fully, Check to see that isn't bent, as this would prevent full and easy pulling/pushing.
